How come some people with ADA don't get their proofs for almost 4 months but others get their edited video like a week later??

We got our edited video in 5 days..

Our proofs were actually ready almost 2 months ago but there was some confusion with someone in our family being told they were done already and not passing that info on to us...So It was not ADA's fault.

Our cousin got her proofs in 6 weeks and video in about 10 days.

Oh lord...I just transfered to a NEW PC...Eventually Iw ill scan some in..Just too tired and still have programs from old computer to try and figure out how to save and transfer FIRST.

I wish there was a FAST way of scanning the pictures on to the computer..It could take forever!
