One of my friends lives out of the country, but has been here in NY for a month or so, and she is going back next week. She is about 4 mos pregnant and just found out she is having a baby boy. I want to pick up something for her to bring back - nothing huge- she really isnt enjoying being away but moved because her husband is not american and is having a hard time adjusting to the whole pregnant and far away from her family thing... any thoughts?

I would just take her for a nice spa day, maybe have lunch at a fancy restaurant. Just spend some special quality time together before she has to leave again.
Then I'd get her a little something to try to keep her comfy during the rest of her pregnancy; new slippers or a robe.
