Is DH LOVING the snow hours??

Yesterday was John's day off.... he had to work 7pm to 7am. Today is 7pm to 7am as well. then he said he might also be doing 12 hour days all week long!!! He's happy about it though.

usually he loves it..great money and he hangs with the guys...but not this week...i feel so bad for him he is so upset cause he feels like they r going to be working x mas and he loooooooooooves xmas

so i hope everything works out

I was thinking of your DHs too! So sorry about the long hours away from the family, but the extra $$$ is wonderful for making xmas just a little sweeter -- hopefully they won't have to work through the whole week!!!!!!!!!!!!

aww thanks girls...it looks like he will be working x mas so we r just going to wait till he is off and then celebrate..not how i pictured our first x mas but what can u do

same here!

What hours if he getting G? john's getting all 7pm to 7am shifts. And he hasnt been getting a truck either. This is the 2nd winter being on the bottom..... since they had that hiring freeze and there are no new classes he has to spend more time without any seniority. But he's a good sport about it all.

But they do have to work all week. There's more bad weather coming.
The extra money will be great..... but we wont see it for a while. But now or then it's still a great thing!

yep he is 7 to 7 too..on the truck..yes we could use the extra money and im trying to keep it from him but to be honest im soooo bummed he wont be with me on xmas
