Girls that have been to England/France

DH and I are starting to budge out our trip for next year. How much in total would you say you spent? Flights, hotel, eating, excursions...

DH and I were in England and France in July for a week, I dont know if I would be geat help bc my brother gave us the flight to London since he works for Virgin Airlines. We took the train into France it was a 2 hour ride and each way was like 70 dollars, in London we stayed a Travel Lodge hotel nothing fancy, very close to the Airport, we took the train everyday to visit Big ben and everything around their is at a walking distance, we would eat at good but not expensive hotels.

In France we stayed at the Marriott, super nice but again we got a discount bc DH's get discounts through them the food was amazing in Paris but we ate at local restaurants nothing to crazy.
