How long did you let it de-frost? I have it in my freezer and was thinking of taking it out and putting it in the fridge a few days before the 1st anniversary. Will it thaw in time?? Or should I maybe let it thaw in the fridge for like a week?

I actually took mine out yesterday and just let it defrost on the counter and it just took the about 6 hours and it was GOOD! i did peel all the fondant off though but it didn't have any freezer burn and was even more delicious than the first time. . though I BARELY remember eating it then
