I went to the excellence in playa mujeres and I loved it!!! I was actually booked with EPC and I switched to EPM because I got an awesome deal for the rooftop terrace room. How was the food at EPC?

I just googled it and yes it's the same one, I dunno why it goes by 2 diff names but I do recommend it. We had a nice room with a garden view which was pretty, we used our balcony the whole time we were there, the beach was beautiful, the food was good, we ate at the buffet all the time bc we werent crazy about the other restaurants but the food was good at the buffet. Staff was friendly too!

Have fun, it's so nice there! Wish I was going.

The food was excellant, just don't go to the Lobster House, DH and the group of people we met went (not me, I don't eat Lobster)and they said it was the worst lobster they ever had, so thats the only place I wouldn't eat at.

It sounds like they have the same restaurants as EPM. We went to the lobster house at EPM and we liked it! I had shrimp and it was good and DH had the lobster and liked it. The lobster was different then here though.

Also Teri.......how was the beach over by EPC? Was the water rough?

The 2 days we went to the beach the water was rough and DH kept getting yelled at by the lifeguards for going too far in the water. Not sure if its always that rough though

my coworker just came back and had an amazing time. this place just opened she said the food grounds were amazing , she has been to epm and said it was better !!!!! <- did not know that was possible hee hee
