i can ask my sister if there is anything she can do with a low res disk of 4x7s, she is a photog and may be able to do something..ill ask if you don't get anywhere with these jerkos

they've been around quite a while.
I would def call them and demand a high resolution disk. There is no reason they can't provide it to you. Let them know how unhappy you are with their services. If they know you are a LIW bride maybe they will get you what you paid for since you can post it (and have) on here. It's bad publicity for them. They really should make this right for you and if they don't I would contact the BBB and report them.

well my e pics were also another story.
I got pics that say proof all over them. Another bunch of pics to do NOTHING with! I can't even frame the ones I received. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT GLENMAR?????
IMO it's just another way to steal a buck!!!

Wow...its good that they are working with you. i'm using them because all my friends used them and their pics and albums were awesome. my sales person (joey) was great and she had told me about the pics online being 150 images. Maybe i'll call and ask for 200. She also did our engagement shoot and it was unbelievable. Talk to her.

Well that was my shoot... There was a corrupted disc made, which, though I was upset at the time, it had nothing to do with the studio or photographers.
After it happened they did EVERYTHING possible to make it up to my fiance and I. We got to have another fun experience, and we picked a place really special. Joey was our photographer and she went there early to scope the place out., and made it a lot of fun.
We got them back and they are PERFECT and we're really happy. I guess everything happens for a reason :) Not too worried about that initial mishap.
Can't wait to have Glenmar for the wedding!!!!! Don't worry ladies!

you got to pick a special place to do the epics?
we just did them behind their office in a little alley way. it was cute and all...but i would have preferred the beach or something a little cooler. the epic shoot was super fast... like 1,2,3, ok done!! haha!!
