going away gift?

Two of DH and my friends are moving out of the country ... they're having 'last bash' this weekend. Should DH and I get them a going away present?

We have no idea what we'd get (an item is annoying because it means they'd have to carry it ... a gift card is stupid because they may not have time to use it, depending waht it is) .... any good ideas?

ps: they're moving to Switzerland, if that makes a difference ...

International calling card? Luggage? Their absolute favorite thing from NY, like if it was Juniors cheesecake, I'd get them one last one before they left!
