Going to yet another appt with my photographer! Have a question about your weddign albums!
How did you start off the album? What is the first page? and what is on the next spread that follows?
So many pictures came out crappy that I am somewhat limited in my choices! really need opinions! thank you!

Our first page was the actual invite. Then we included a few pages of each of us getting dressed, then some formals, then added a family/bridal party, a few more formals, ceremony, reception, the last shot was a with our backs in the photo, as a way to close the album. For reception, we did a layout of first dance, then a few photos of parent dances and then a layout of general fun dancing.

I didnt do a traditional album but I looked at a lot of albums before deciding I didnt want one.
Most people tend to put a photo of their invitation, a photo of their bouquet or a posed photo of the bride and groom on the first page.
The following pages are getting ready, followed by a transition to the church, the ceremony, the posed photos, and the reception.

Whatnow? I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your picts! I dont have too much of a selection either. There are so many random shots (I guess supposed to be candids) where no one is looking at the camera, a lot of backs and stuff like that... So annoying! Anyway my first page is going to be my parents walking me out to my husband, then the next I figured I could put a solo of my husband and a solo of me, followed by family shots, bridal party shots, the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, then finished with picts of just me and my husband. We have them a little out of order because we took picts before the ceremony (day time) and our ceremony picts are all night time.

1st Page is my invite. Then, a picture of me from before the ceremony. The book then follows the order of the day.
I had a different start to my book and wanted a picture of DH and I together to follow but the lady who did our book was insistent on keeping to the order of the day and didn't like the picture I picked out to start (she was a little too traditional for me - not sure why I listened so much to her). She wanted to start with the picture of me but we did compromise and used the invite.

Our first page is me Then its me getting ready, then me entering and then so forth and so on.

Our first picture starts with Me! Then it's followed by pre-ceremony photos at my parents house, then follows the order of the day. Our last picture is of David and me sitting on a bench outside at night looking out. It sort of a replica of this Norman Rockwell print:

Our first was our invite, then pictures of me at my parents house with my girls and parents, then Dh with his BM before mass, then the mass, reception and the final shot is us waving to the camera as we leave in B&W.
