How was everyone's Monday???

I am waiting for DH to get home.

Not sure what to make for dinner.
Maybe Left Over's.

I am waiting for my meatloaf to finish cooking and then we are having that and mashed potatoes!!!!

I like Turkey Ground Meat.
I try to use that instead of Beef

Yeah, so does DH but it is definitely Better on my Stomach

I've never actually made meatloaf

My parents used to make it all the time, but it was never one of my favorites ... so I never bothered to get the recipe

I have a Good Recipe for Turkey Meat Loaf, with Stewed Tomatoes. It is Yummy!!!

there is absolute crap on tv btw. i made veggie lasagna tonite it was yummy...bet it'll be better tomorrow.

i used ready to bake pasta which was great, so you dont have to waste time boiling it first
