good movies lately?

anyone seen any good movies lately, new releases or not.

I saw Gran Torino.

Just thinking about that movie makes me want to cry. It was soooo good.

The Wrestler was also very good.

nothing oscar worthy but I just saw definitely maybe on hbo on demand and it was so cute

That movie is sort of how my life was growing up lol I have been to every single one of those places they went to also. I LOVE that movie.

We just saw all the Oscar best picture nominees. They were all so good. My favorite was The Reader-I'm not sure if it's out in theaters anymore though.

Let's see - in theatres the last few movies i saw were 'Taken' which was awesome, 'Slumdog Millionaire' which was a good movie but made me wanna cry. lol. I also saw 'The Reader', but was not a fan at all. Hmmm... anything else??

Rented movies - I just saw 'Quarantine' and really did like it. I love being scared and it definitely made me jump a couple times. hah! 'The Orphanage' was also super creepy. i know there were more, but I can't think of any right now. If I remember, I'll add 'em later on

He's just not that into you was very good! I loved it. I feel like girls can relate to it sooooo well. It was one of those movies that I never felt was moving too slow, never checked the time (which I do when it's slow to see how much more time could be left) -- just funny!

I saw 27 dresses for the first time two weeks ago, in case you never rented/saw that - and it was cute. DH watched 'be kind, rewind' a few weeks ago (i got it from the library and never watched it, but he did) and he liked it.

Taken was AWESOME!!!! it keeps you entertained the whole time, loved it

Quaratine was such a good movie. Till this day, the image of the old woman in the upstairs when they first come in just standing there growling..the suspense of that alone just kills me lol I think about just turning over one night in bed and seeing her standing in the corner lol So scaryyy

I didn't see Benjamin Button yet, but heard it was long but good.

I LOVED CHANGELING!!!!!!!

Milk was incredible. Also Slumdog.
We recently watched Religulous and it was hysterical and very interesting.
Towelhead- its from the writer of American Beauty. It was kinda like it.
Tyler Perry's The Family that Preys was awesome. I love Tyler Perry movies.

i saw those to they were good! , i also saw 7lbs and benjamin button those were very good!

i saw he's just not into you, i was disappointed!

it wasnt as good as I thought it would be
