Got my first 'When are you going to have a baby' question yesterday...

From a friend who just got married about a month ago herself... first, i mentioned at lunch that i was told to drink water, and the immediate response was 'Are you pregnant?' noooo... i just had a massage, and was told to hydrate :P

Then, later that same night, she starts bugging me to find out when we are going to start trying because she wants to get pregnant together

I was like, um, 4 years.

DH looked at her, bugged eyed, and said 'twice in one day? Stop that!'

Can't believe I actually made it 4 1/2 months without getting 'the question'

i think that could be a reason why i don't get the question that often- i usually have a cigarette in one hand, and a bud light in the other

That's me to a T. But even the beer and butts didn't keep people from asking.

Lishbone, so weird my best friend too - in fact when i first read your post, i thought you were her because you and she were marrie on the same day. When's your due date?

My MIL was asking when 'grandbabies' were coming BEFORE the wedding!! It's insane. A lot of people have been asking when are we going to have kids. DH and I are only 24 and 22 respectively so we are in NO rush!

MIL keeps pulling the guilt trip card on us. She says she will just have to accept Peanut, our Pomeranian, is the only grandaughter she will ever see. I'm like 'Lady you're only 48!

My grandmother was asking for great grandbabies this weekend! This time last year she was asking DH what he was waiting for (proposing to me) and now she's asking what we're waiting for with babies!! We haven't even been married two months yet!
