That's $240 for this month!!! That's waaaaaay too much money.
I blame Milana for this - she turned me on to Gel nails and this is where the bulk of my $ goes. Kidding babe! Love ya!

If I were not in the salon industry I guess this would be the average price to keep up my Sh!t. Since I am -no, I don't spend that. I put it twds other things instead.

When i saw my name i was like MEEEEE?
I actually stopped doing gel though and grew out my own nails. Its so much cheaper and my nails are already the same length i would have them when i did them with acrylic/gel. Its almost 5 months now that i have been getting manicures and use Duri nail growth system which is so amazing! But anyways here are my monthly expenses:
Manicure: $15/2 = $30 a month Pedicure: $25/2 = $50 a month Eyebrows: $25 but i do them like once every 2-3 months now im trying to gow them out. Bikini: $40 which i do every other month or so...
So in the summer my expenses come out to $145 a month or so...depending on whether i get my brows done, my bikini waxed, a facial, my hair blown out, etc, etc...

I'd love to stop doing Gel nails but when one flies off- and that happens toward the end of the second week my nails are soooooooooo weak and brittle! I'm glad you stopped doing them - good for you. Natural nails are def the way to go. Mine are just sooooo easily breakable - I feel like I have to keep doing gel's forever

If only you saw what my nails looked like when i firs got them taken off...i would hide my hands b/c i was embarrassed....they were so weak and short it was horrible. Then i found Duri nail growth and it literally makes your nails rock hard! They do not break! And before this i had acrilyic nails for 5 1/2 years with no break in between so you can only imagine the damage i did to them.

ugh, i wish i was as strong as you. I hate how they look when I see one nail off...I don't think I could do it. Especially since I'll be working in a hospital and using my hands a lot.

i used to spend that much each month PLUS getting my hair done each week and coloring every other month.
it becomes a fortune!!!
i stopped wrapping my nails years ago - used nailtiques to help them grow out - now i only go to get a pro mani and pedi when i have an event coming up. otherwise i just do my own mani/pedi and it looks good
i bought an epilation machine so i use that for 'waxing' my legs and underarms, pluck my own eyebrows (but that's cuz i don't like someone else doing my brows!). i only go to get a bikini wax - probably around once a month.
