GTG - Friday, October 22nd - Macaroni Grill
Who's in? And what is a good time? Is 8 too late - or does that give everyone enough time to relax a bit first after work?

Sounds good to me...is this a brides only thing or a couples thing? I want to run it by DH before I say yes officially.

I agree.
Although I think Sunday the 24th would be better.
Since Friday if it's at 8:00 I guess I would have to go home heading east to Selden from Hauppauge then travel back West to go to Westbury and friday nights I'm always tired.
Sunday we could choose any time frame.

Re: GTG - Friday, October 22nd - Macaroni Grill
BTW, the only reason I suggested a place in Westbury is because A most people know where it is, and B There were people planning to come in from Westchester and Queens (maybe even Brooklyn, I don't know?), and I thought Nassau might be more central.I CERTAINLY didn't want to inconvenience any Suffolk Girls - I live in North Babylon myself!!!
If people need rides from the train station or something, the PrincessRoseMobile is willing to make stops. DH and I both work near the Hicksville station, and I have no problem driving around a bit (BelleEpoque, that's directed at you - I totally know what it feels like to not have a car!!)

Re: GTG - Friday, October 22nd - Macaroni Grill
While I would love to come, I work in NYC and live in Westchester .. so I'll have to see if I can work out the logistics. Fridays are a bit tougher for me, unfort
I work until 6pm and am not in close proximity to Penn, so I definitely couldn't make it out to LI until close to 8pm. The main issue being I'm not sure how the heck I would make it home from LI.. unless I ask (beg) DH to pick me up somehow.
I'll keep you guys posted on my status!
ETA: thanks for the offer of car service from the train, Rachel! As I said getting out to LI isn't the worst issue for me on a weekday. Its figuring out how to get from LI - back home to Westchester at a later hour w/out my car
