guest room decorating HELP

i need some serious help. I am dying to decorate my guest bedroom in a 'beachy, hamptons-esk' theme but I am totally clueless. It is pretty much a blank slate at this point. I have very old antique furniture that has been in my family forever and the bed is setup as a daybed at the moment.

Where can I find wall art and coordinates, throw pillows etc. that wont cost an arm and a leg? Also, what color paint? Window treatments? HELP

check out hgtv for hints also. The have different programs that can be helpful. I am not good with this. I suggest also the pillows at Big Lots. I bought some wall art from Ikea, 2 pieces and Craigslist is a great way to go also. I bought a pic that has the waterfall and lights for $20.

Allposters.com. I got some framed prints there for very inexpensive.

Marshalls & Tjmaxx.

Also, and I know this is a long shot, sometimes it pays to check out yardsales and thrift stores. I've founds some really unique items.

I second, third, and fourth Home Goods, Michaels, and BBB.

I would also go with an aqua and tan color scheme, I love my bear's window treatment is perfect!

Also where did you go on your HM? Can you enlarge a few prints to create your own beach theme wall art? Also I know Bath & Body Works has two candles that go with your theme, its a conch candle.

Can't wait to see completed pics!

christine i LOVE these, this is what im going for, like a hamptons, beachy resort getaway nothing too 'beachy themed'

also decided last night that I am going to paint my master bathroom this color (since we have darker brown wood and granite in there) and then use all white accessories, love the crisp, clean look!
