I am thinking of trying this. I feel I need to get all the sugar and crap out of my system!!!! once I get it out I usually lose the cravings.

what i did a few years ago you mean right?

well one thing i realized I REALLY had to do was work out alot, so i had started working out at least 4x a week and tried to do more like 5-6x a week. Did pilates, kick boxing, and tried new workouts here and there. As far as food, i realized to stick to a specific diet is harder bc how long are you gonna stick to it ya know. So i thought of foods i liked that were healthy and didnt mind eating. When it comes down to it, we all know what is healthy and whats not. Also looked up a lot of info on food such as foods that help burn fat, foods you should eat almost on a daily basis and a bunch of other food facts. Of course like most diets I ate lots of grilled chicken with steamed veggies, but one trick was that i used a few ingredients a lot to give things more flavor. Lemon, garlic, onion mostly red onions though, green and red peppers, spices and if i had to use oil only used olive oil. A few other examples of what i ate, tuna fish but with no mayo, just 2 types of mustard, lemon, green onions on whole wheat toast. Grilled chicken with whole wheat wraps or whole wheat pita wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, a little bit of shredded cheese and salsa, shish-kabobs, lots of salmon or other types of grilled fish or baked. Egg white omelettes, or cereal for breakfast, or whole wheat toast with peanut butter. Ate 3 meals a day but did portion control and made sure to have healthy snacks between. I always ate oranges between lunch and dinner, i had read that its something good for you that fills you up and holds you over.

I had also read an article a trainer wrote saying that if you dedicate 6 days of the week to healthy eating and working out, you can indulge 1 day. So i used sunday's as a day to indulge just a bit.
