eatent their wedding cake for the traditional 1 year anniversary? Ours has been wrapped, and sealed in the freezer for a year now. I was just wondering what to do with it. Has anyone tried it? I'm just curious...

yep we did! it was actually ok, not great but edible. it smelled better than it tasted! the chocolate pudding filling held up the best

Since we are going to be San Diego for our anniversary, we ate our wedding cake on Thursday evening and I must say it was not that bad. The canoli still tasted very yummy!

good to know. i wasnt sure how long it would last. how long did it take you to defrost it? if i take it from the freezer to the fridge sunday night you think it would be ok for monday evening/night? monday is our anniversary.

They gave it to my mom and she had no clue what it was so she left it out and it ruined so we didnt eat it BUT i went and bought something close to our wedding cake and ate that
