Has anyone tried to post a vendor review and it's not on the website?

I have been trying for 3 months. At first they told me it's because the person was on vacation. I tried to contact LI Wedding again but no response. It's so frustrating.

ME!!! I emailed them right after the wedding with the review, I posted the review on the boards, and STILL nothing! I'm very annoyed.

Was it a negative vendor review? I have read that they don't post those.

So much for honest opinions.

I have a question to that, They won't post a review if you have negative things to say about a vendor. I am writing my review tonight and i had a bunch of problems with one of my vendors and wanted to warn some of the girls about what happened and i am not going to be able to do that????????? What's to say another bride uses my vendor and ends up having the same things happen to her. How can we nicely warn eachother then? Please if you know help me before i post my reviews.

It's weird, I tried TWO times to post a VERY POSITIVE review about Laurie from LA Blossom. It didn't 'take' either time. But, my Leonard's review is up there...

Same here, I posted 2 reviews one positive about Chateau Braind and 1 negative about Pedestals in Howard Beach.....oh well

Ok now i am confused i wrote four good reviews one for my hall, dj, dress co., honeymoon. Nothing on all great reviews. i know my negtive on would never go up. I am still waiting for an apology and a phone call from one vendor before i post my reviews and he has till 3:00 to call. if not i am posting my reviews and that is it.

My review was negative but I think people have the right to know. Do you think there is a way we can get them to post our reviews?

You can absolutely post a negative review here. I have seen dozens of them. They need to be factual and as unemotional as you can be regarding a negative experience on your wedding day. What cannot be done is post things like 'Do Not Use...', 'Stay Away From...'

I JUST sent LI weddings a question regarding this this is sooo funny!
I am glad to hear other people's reviews both positive and negative are not posted. I wrote to them that I think it is very important that they post everyone's opinion to help the LI girls make honest decisions. Iwrote that I hoped that the premise in making this website was to be honest for everyone.....not to publish reviews to help their advertisers.
