I am looking for a place....me and DH want to do it this spring/summer....so im curious if anyone has done it....its always been on my list of 'things i wanna do before i die' so me and dh figured might as well before we start having kids!!!

I did in Oct 2006...LOVED it! Went to Skydive Long Island...which is out around exit 68 off the LIE..here's some pics from it...i recommend getting the video too!
OMG I think its so awesome that people have the balls to do it , Me on the other hand I think I would Vomit im so scared of heights

yep - FM Brian and Marie (yes with spaces)...her hubby runs skydive long island....i know she's moving this week so she may not be on to answer right away - but go for it!! I WANT TO DO IT TOO!!!!!!

i never went, but like Catherine said, Marie (BrianandMarie) go-they go to Skydive USA which I believe is in Manorville.
Catherine-do you remember the context in which this was discussed?

You jumped with Dunacn!! My hubbie also works at Skydive Long Island and its actually exit 69 off the LIE! I also made my 1st skydive ever with Dunacn- hes awesome and a very good friend of ours!! Brian does video at SDLI!!

Yup thats where my hubby works!! He used to run it for the owner Ray Maynard but now he just shoots video there! This will be his last season there since we're moving but if u plan on going I'll be sure to be there!!

omg so excited...ok ill def check it out....i am terrified of heights but ive heard its like no other experience and Dh wants to really do it so if he jumps im jumping....you only live once ladies so im gonna get over my fear and DO IT!!!!!
