Has anyones Marriage Certificate ever get Lost?

Im Worry Its been Over 2 weeks and I have received NOTHING!!! in the mail...How can I find out if it was sent out and LOST??

It took about 3 weeks for mine to get to me. I would give it about a month, then I would call the town hall. Sometimes it depends on when the officiant sends in the license, and how many weddings there have been. Labor Day and September in general is a busy month, so I'm sure they are working their way through the paperwork.

They lost mine. I heard that it takes 2-4 weeks to get back. They Town Clerk's Office actually called my office to tell me that they hadn't received it from my church. I had to go down with my husband and MOH and sign everything again. I would call them after the 4th week and see if everything is OK. It was a pain!!
