Re: Has your relationship changed at all since you've been married?

Seeing as DH and I lived in separate countries for over a year before our wedding, just spending so much time together is different from before. I also feel like this is forever in a sense that I didn't when we were dating--you can always break up, but once you're married, there's no turning back. We really feel like we're a team, we consult each other on important decisions, we call each other during the day just to say hello. It's not like we didn't do these things before, it's just a bit different now--a bit more serious, a bit more mature. I definitely feel like I have a safety net now--I have been out of work for a few months and DH is supporting us. It was something that was VERY difficult for me to get used to at first. It's strange to have to learn to depend on someone else, but in the end I think it's made our relationship stronger and us closer.

Well, I would have to say our relationship became much stronger, being that you see each other on a daily basis and fall asleep next to each other- you become each other's best friend.
We didn't live together before we got married -so we had to get used to each other always being around and present and had to learn about each others ways - which hasn't been a bad thing!!
We are having fun being married, we love it.
