I met one that was a distant ex and she was really nice. We all had lunch together and by the end of the meal she was telling him he'd better hurry up and marry me because he wasn't ever going to find someone better.

My DH also has a child from a previous relationship, so not only do I know his ex, but I actually let her come to our wedding(including reception). It wasn't intentional, but they live out of state & she decieded a month before that the only way my stepson could come was if she flew w/ him(he was suppose to travel here w/ my inlaws who live in the same stae & have travelled w/ him alone before). At that point I told DH to not only to pay for plane ticket, but to invite her to the wedding. I guess I realized that there wasn't a thing she could do to ruin my day & the most important thing was my stepson being w/us.

i did.. we both were bartenders in long beach and she came in. I was so po'd because she was very pretty and didnt know I was his girlfriend so she was talking to him in a 'friendly' way. I put an end to that one!
