I sure have. I have to get my butt to the gym!! I just dont have the same motivation without the pressure of the wedding and fitting into my dress. Now, if I skip a few days (weeks) then I dont really care.

I have
I am pretty good at working out but I just eat and drink more living with DH than I did when I lived alone. I need to watch it more and add more to my workouts!!!!

I did as soon as we went on the HM and relaxed.. I made sure that came off right away. DH and I run almost everyday. I have to say it is a great way for us to spend time together and stay in shape.

I gained 10, but luckily caught it at that and am working on getting it off. It's MUCH harder getting it off than getting it on!

Re: Have you gained weight since the wedding?
I lost 17 pounds before my weddng and I've gained back about 12 of it since my wedding. But in full fairness I can't complain too much, I'm still in pretty good shape, I just have a little extra weight on me. I'm 5'6 and 127 pounds.

Re: Have you gained weight since the wedding?
I lost about 20 for the wedding. During the honeymoon, I gained back like 10. Within the 5 months that we've been married, I've gained the other 10.
Gotta start WW.

Are you me? Because this is me! I even started a journal...it's even sadder to read about your failures.

Re: Have you gained weight since the wedding?
Its truly amazing how quick you can put on some pounds. From 4 days a week, then stopping for two weeks straight, its just a nitemare.
I probably gained under 10, which surprisingly, I thought I'd gain more, but nevertheless, its too many pounds too much, and today I brought my Gym bag..........Vacation time is over for me.......

this is me too!! Its scary how quickly I can gain weight and how slowly it comes off!! I started a combo of South Beach and WW today, lets see how long I can keep it up!

Re: Have you gained weight since the wedding?
Happily, I've actually lost 5-6 since the wedding.
But don't get too hard on yourself because you're usually the thinnest you will be during your adult life at your wedding and that's usually a weight that's not normal to sustain. As long as you're healthy, who cares what you weigh?
