I sure have. I have to get my butt to the gym!! I just dont have the same motivation without the pressure of the wedding and fitting into my dress. Now, if I skip a few days (weeks) then I dont really care.

Well considering I have only been married 9 days I can say no... but lets check back in a month or so Going to the gym now... ugh!

I lost 45 before my wedding then gained back 5 which I couldn't lose for the longest time but I finally did it & have maintained for the last 6 weeks including through my vacation!
I have continued to work with my nutritionist that I started with before the wedding.
Clothes I bought for my HM still fit!!!!!!

Too much. Every Monday, Im starting over. Going to the gym, following Weight Watchers.
And every Wednesday I find another excuse.
Im so upset with myself. I cant stick to it
I gained like 10 pounds and I so relate to what you are going through- I am good all day until I get home. It doesn't help that my eating schedule is off due to my teaching periods this year- I eat breakfast 2nd and lunch 5th- I am starving by the time I get home, but I teach straight through after period 5.

I've actually lost weight, though i don't know how much.
Teaching has left me so stressed, that I have little to no appitite.
I also don't have a whole lot of time to eat anyways.
