Have you heard of this.....Is this how celebs bounce back after babies?

I am not planning on having any kids yet....however I was watching Dancing with the Stars the other night and couldnt help wondering how Brooke Burke looks so freaking good after having 4 KIDS! I know she probably has good genes / personal trainer / eats good etc....but I did some googling and found this...I wonder if it works!

I wonder if it works too. But I'm pretty sure Brooke has a wonderful trainer that gets her into tip top shape...

Yup! a good trainer and a personal chef will do it.

THey definitely help. My mom said in Europe, I was born in Spain, they give out something similar in the hospital after the baby is born. It's basically a girdle. It is suppose to help by pulling in your belly for supposrt after delivery. A lot of women get somethign similar after they have a baby for the extra support of the muscles.

Breasfeeding, diet and good exercise (when give the ok) also help

don't even sweat this stuff you had money and time you would be just like her and I am afraid you really already are - and most probably will be after children

I don't know how it works but I will say that my mom has worn a girdle AND panty hose every single day of her life since she was a little girl.

I am COVERED in cellulite - and my mother has not a single glimmer of cellulite or stretch marks. She went back to her pre baby weight after all three kids and just gained weight due to menopause with no supplements to aid her. . .

I think it works and I will be wearing one through out pregnancy and after!

By the way my mother has never exercised in her life. . . and we eat big Italian meals every day LOL
