My husband and I never went on a HM because at the end of the day, we just couldn't afford it. SOOOOOOOOO, we're going to go on our one year anniversary!!! We're not sure where though....I am in LOVE with the Maldives.......we're starting to save as I type, and I know it'll cost us a pretty penny where ever we go, but we are sooooooo excited!!!

Us too-we wound up spending HM money on the wedding...but we have no idea where we want to go yet
We had a White Trash Honeymoon in Hauppauge DH's whole family travelled to NY for the wedding and a lot of our friends flew over too. We didn't want to take off and not spend any time with them. So we spent what would have been our honeymoon walking around NYC, site seeing and at tanger outlets. We are definitly going away on our anniversary. We haven't picked a place yet but it will have to be warm and far away from the outlets!

Hopefully go somewhere. Dh keeps talking about Vegas b/c he wants to bet on sports LOL (not to spend time w/ me!!!) I told him there is no way Im going to Vegas in August - Been there too hot!

We went to Vegas for our one year! Had a great time... on our one year we went to the most romantic restaurant- MIX and went to a show- 'O'
DH bought me tickets to see 'Spring awakening' in NYC-we go early August
and I got DH a framed Map where you get to put pins on the places you have been, places you want to go, favorite place, etc...

The entire reason that we chose our wedding date (2/18) is b/c it is smack in the middle of winter so we can go away somewhere fabulous for every anniversary! Anniversary 1: COsta Rica

Yes, we hadn't been back a month from our Honeymoon in Tahiti when my husband booked a Cruise to the Mexican Riviera for our 1 year anniversary. We both love to travel.

I would LOVE to go on a mediteranian cruise or to Disney or Hawaii for our one year. But unfortunately, since DH is in the Army, we'll probably be moving to our permanent post around our anniversary and he'll be meeting up with his unit.....so i dont think we'll be going anywhere My guess is a nice romantic dinner out (IF he's home that week).
Hmmm...maybe we can plan an anniversary trip a few weeks before??

i would love to do Italy for our first anniversary but we spent a lot of money on Tahiti for our hm. i wouldnt be disappointed if we couldnt go. cant have it all...
