Re: Hawaii Honeymoon Help!

I brought over everything I needed. Didn't really buy anything there besides souvenirs. Also, brought my sneakers since we were gonna go hiking to see waterfalls.

I didn't go to Hawaii on my HM, but i've been there before. sneakers and layers are definitely a must. If you do a luau or something at night it gets windy and cold if you're by the water. i went in January 2006 so it is similar weather that you will experience.

i didn't buy anything except christmas ornaments and authentic jewelry when i was there - no clothes.

Re: Hawaii Honeymoon Help!

I went in October and it was very cool at night, so make sure to bring some warmer clothes, I wish I would have had more maxi dresses and linen pants.

I only needed sneakers for like 2 days since we did some hiking but if you dont intend on doing anything like that, flip flips, sandals, and flats are fine.

Honestly I bought surfy clothes and coverups lol.

Re: Hawaii Honeymoon Help!

We went in September/October and the weather was warm and comfortable. I didn't need to wear a jacket once, and it didn't rain at all.

I pretty much lived in my bikini's, sun dresses and sandals. Def bring a pair of sneakers and an athletic outfit if you plan on doing any excursions. We did ziplining and ATV'ing and needed these.

I brought a couple pairs of jeans incase I got cold and didn't wear them once, it was a waste of space in my luggage lol

It might be colder this time of year though. Have fun!!
