so girls all i can say is give your man an extra hug and kiss and tell him one more time just how much you love him.

as many of of you know Tom had his cat scan yesterday, the results came back and he has been diagnosed w/ lung disease, stage 2.

He will be having a procedure on Wednesday that will biopsy his lung and give us some more answers. Right now he is scheduled for an outpatient procedure, but given the fact of how many markings he has he will probally need to stay in the ICU for a few days and be monitored. that is perfect for me b/c that is where i work, so i know he will have around the clock care!

DH is scared, and of course so am I. this whole waiting time i have been sooooo calm and strong for him and when he needs me to be the strongest literally my heart is BREAKING i have been crying on and off all day.

all i ask is that you all continue your prayers, this procedure needs to be done and with further medication and steriods throughout his life he will fight this

Colleen, I am just seeing this now and I can't even imagine how you guys must be feeling. As some of the other girls have said, hold fast to your faith and sense of humor during this ordeal, because they will get you through. You seem like an incredibly strong woman. Be strong for Tom and when you feel overwhelmed, come here and we'll help you remain strong.

I am so, so, so sorry you guys are going through this.

I am so sorry you two have to go through this, I can't even imagine what it feels like. I don't know much about his condition but try and stay strong for him. Again I am so incredibly sorry.
