Help . . . after wedding photography problems!!

I am a new bride, I finally got married in august (7th). It has been exactly 8 weeks and 2 days of a great marriage. My problem though is that i have not gotten my proofs yet from my wedding. I used Lina Jang, in the contract it states 5-8 weeks and she said it would be 2 weeks probably until they are done. What would you do?? I do not want to get crap work from her if I complain but I am using the photo cards as my thank you cards and would like to get them out before the holidays.

If it says in your contract that it would take 5 to 8 weeks and your photographer is telling you that it will be 2 more weeks, then not only does she owe you an apology, but she should provide you with some sort of additional services. She signed a contract stating that it would be 5 to 8 weeks and she is breaking your contract by not getting to you the proofs as she stated. See if she will give you more thank card photos, more photos for your photograph album and any other supplementary services. I would also find out why it is taking her so long with the proofs. It does seem like a long time....

you should let jang know of your concerns and how misled you were. i would pressure her a lil bit until she gives you another specified date. if she again goes back on her word then by all means let her know she is in breach of contract. that usually lights a fire under her butt.

oh! and yes, if you can get added freebies due to jang's inadequacies then perfecto! jsut hope it satisfies your tastebuds... =)
