HELP...Do you need your birth certificate to get your marriage license???

Help...with only 6 days to go and an out of town FI...I still have not gotten my license. I am planning on getting it Friday...but now i can't find my birth certificate!!!!!
DO I NEED IT..or can I just use my passport and drivers license???? Anybody know!!!!

um, I did not bring my birth certificate.... I couldn't find it, I brought my passport, baptismal certif. & my license

Nope. They just asked for 2 forms of ID's from each of us. We brought our driver's license and work ID's. It was sufficient.

We had to bring our birth certificate and our photo ID

NYC Marriage Bureau Office Locations

DH and I went early in the morning. We paid the fee with a money order, there is a 24 hour waiting period and it's good for 60 days. Here's the details:
