We painted our living room/dining room kumquat- picture below and I want to get the curtains below- they are more burgundy- will it be a good contrast or look gross.
and if anyone has any suggestions that would help too- the curtains are $159 per panel & I need 4![]()
dh thinks I'm nuts to spend that on curtains

yes they are duponi silk- overstock has a bunch of them on special- yea believe it or not the $150 per panel is the sale price![]()
Did you try Potterybarn? I got my dupani silk ones from there on sale for 70 bucks or so and I love them.
Oh wow, that's pretty good for Pottery Barn!
I know I followed them until they went on sale!

I actually think the colors look nice together. What finish is the paint though? The curtains look like they have a sheen material. Im only asking because if the paint is a glossy finish it might look a little too shiny with the curtains. But I do really like those colors together.
the paint is a semi-gloss so its not overly shiny. thanks for responding
I would def do those curtains then. They look good together. I can't beleive how expensive curtains are!
