help me find a gift please!

I'm looking for a gift for my nephews' great-grandmother. She is almost 88 and lives in a nursing home in Florida, where she is quite active. I'd like to get her something sentimental (preferably something religious) and something practical.

Any ideas? I'm a little stuck.

LOVE the ornament idea...when all else fails, a cute/pretty/sentimental ornament is always a great gift! You could go casual or fancy like a crystal piece.

Is she catholic? How about a really beautiful set of rosary beads? A framed painting of the Madonna and Child ( check out art.com tons of gorgeous prints)

Yes, she is Catholic. Thanks for the suggestion! I'm going to check that out tomorrow.
