it's my first month off the pill and i got my period this morning for the first time in a few years. i forgot how awful it is!
on a funny note... my DH is like 'what's wrong with you' and i'm like 'i have cramps really bad' and he's like 'babe, i get cramps too, they're caused by dehydration. you need to drink more water.'
poor guy, i haven't had real cramps in the 8 years we've been together. he has no idea what he's in for!

Advil is the only thing that works for me... if it's really bad I'll take 3 and use one of those Heat Wrap things.

well, here's the verdict. 2 alleve didn't work for me.
vicodin... so far so good. but it was my last one.
i picked up midol on my way home so i'll have that for tomorrow...
