Help-my head is going to explode!!

Well, I made it to work today but I am leaving at lunchtime. Almost passed out this AM and the pain is unbearable. My neck is completely locked up!! I think I may have arthritis in my neck.

So I'm going to leave at lunchtime and head home to try and relax. Put a heating pad on my neck and hopefully have it go away for a little while. But it usually comes right back with a vengeance.

Have my physical on Monday so I'm going to ask the dr. to run as many tests as he can.

Oh no you poor thing!!! I hope they can figure it out soon!!! Have you ever been to a chiropractor? They are amazing at helping relieve neck pain. Maybe if it gets really bad and you feel like Monday is a long ways away you can find one that takes your insurance and make an appt. Not sure where you're located but Dr. Schur at Massapequa Chiropractic is amazing.

I actually used to work for a chiropractor and he was a really strange man so I've never been able to get myself to go to one.

I have fibromyalgia and I think I am headed to a really bad flare-up. Just want them to check my head & neck though because this is getting unbearable every day. It's been steadily getting worse for the past two weeks.

Oh no that is awful!!! A few weeks ago I bent over to pick up a towel and did something to my neck. I had to walk around like Herman Munster and if I had any pressure on my left arm it really hurt. I hope you feel better soon it is awful the pain does not go away. Standing, sitting, sleeping everything hurts. If you get a miracle cure please let me know

Aww Helen feel better! Love yourself that heating pad-worked wonders for my cramps on Monday night. Drinks lots of water so you stay hydrated at least-will help with dizzy spells.

Thanks, girls!! Maybe I have a pinched nerve in my neck or something. All I know is it's driving me crazy-can hardly hold my head up and it's starting to make me nauseous now. 12:30 can't come fast enough!!
