Help w/ my proofs

Ok,. so we picked them up last night and the shots were beautiful but the way they were developed were horrible. Some are not centered, some blurry, and then some we are too far away.. Are these going to get better when we pick the ones we want for the albums??? When I scanned them myself they loooked really good, but then why did I pay a professional..
Please help..
did anyones proofs not look that good but good in the albums?

I called them and they said not to worry my albums will not look like that..
i hope not..

The proofs may be a little off--most of mine were fine, but there were a few that weren't centered well. It was the same with our engagement proofs, but then the final prints we received were beautiful.

I don't think they should be blurry though. Is this a lot of photos or just a few?

Sometimes they don't print proofs with good quality - because they are just proofs.

Any shot that is far away can be brought in closer, which we did on a few for our album. You will have to approve each shot before it goes into the album anyway so you'll have another chance to say yeah or nay on the final print.
