Help**New Years Eve

we were originally having 2 other people over for dinner new years eve now were having about 12 people over the apartment so i was going to cook.

The problem is what do i cook?

Did you want to have a sit down dinner? I think now it is more of a party than a dinner! You should just make a bunch of appetizers

If you still make dinner, how about something relatively easy like lasagna that you could make ahead and reheat or a honey baked ham or something..and either way, definitely get some appetizers! My parents have people over every year and last year was the first time they actually made dinner..it's usually only appetizers

make something that can be prepared ahead of time and then cooked, like lasgana or ziti, then heat up some italian bread, and voila you have a full dinner. Oh, buy a few bags of prepared salads and put any dressings out that you and people can choose what they want.

I'm having about 15 people...........
we're getting a hero w/ salads and a tray of wings.
My sister is making a tray of baked ziti and I'm making a tray of sausage and peppers.
We'll also have some appetizers to pick on first.
