When I was planning the wedding, I never slept. Not because of wedding planning but because my DH was recovering from cancer. Needless to say, since then, my sleep has never returned back to normal. Right now I am under so much stress so sleep is a non existent thing for me.
When you are Strssed it def. affects your sleep.
How is your DH??

My MD gave me Rozerem to try. But I am afraid I'll be grooggy at work or have that Hang over feeling that I only take it when I have off the next day.
It works kinda.
