High calorie fast food (OMG some are insane)

I was just reading this thing on high calorie fast food. They have pics of 39 stuff you buy at fast food places such as mcdonalds, burger king, quiznos, au bon pain, outback and more. Some you expect but there were others even I couldnt believe, its insane.

The outback steakhouse cheese fries are 2,900 calories and 182 grams of fat that is more than double the amount of grams of fat you should have in a day and even the calories too

Quiznos tuna melt is 1420 calories and 118 grams of fat

baskin robbins heath shake is 2310 calories and 108 grams of fat

Mcdonalds deluxe breakfast is 1140 calories and 59 grams of fat

burger kings quad stacker is 1010 calories and 70 grams of fat

This is why I don't eat fast food!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't remember the last time I was at mcdonalds or burger king..its got to be at least 5 years

I usually dont eat fast food...but yesterday our friend brought over white castle...I still feel sick from it...Im not kidding

yeah see i always stay away from mcdonalds and burger king, maybe 1 or 2x a year if that. But then they also had a caesar salad on there which i love and wow that was alot too. I always knew but tried to ignore just how heavy it was lol. I remember my cousin went on a diet and she said oh i did good today, i only had a chicken caesar and i said yeah that has alot of calories, sometimes youre better off eating alot of other things rather than a salad with dressing. They even had a starbucks coffee and a few other stuff.
Those cheese fries surprised me the most

oh yeah white castle is known for that. I dont remember the last time I had white castle bc everytime i think about it, i remember how sick i would get after.

yuuuuuuck.

oh and I also love tuna melts but wow didnt expect it to be THAT bad. No more of that

you might be better off getting the tuna from Subway.. although I've never had it and have no clue if it's tasty..

yep surprisgly some salads have more calories than a hamburger would! It really depends on all the condiments added to it (cheese, croutons, bacon). Salad doesn't always mean healthy

its all that freaking mayo its disgusting. Thats why when I was dieting, I would eat tuna but instead of mayo I would make it with mustard.

The cheesefries were probably for the entire plate which is usually shared by other people. Even still it's a lot of calories!

yeah it was for the entire plate of that order at outbacks. Ive never been to outbacks so dont know if its a portion you get for one person, or is it more family style? i mean even if, bc if you eat half of that only that is still alot, just half is 1450 calories and about 60 grams of fat and 65 grams is what you should have in one day

omg it is insane! I've looked before and i almost fell off my chair! Even places like Panera which I always loved to go to because it is close to my job, their salads are ridiculous calorie/fat wise, I was shocked!

i am a sucker for McDonalds breakfasts.. so luckily, i am RARELY awake in time to catch them (except on the weekdays, but i dont have time to stop anywhere before work lol)

i limit myself to splurging on fast food once or twice a month... thats it

Those are insane!!

wow... makes me want to eat a carrot.
