Anyone know of places on LI where you can go to get high tea- other than Garden City Hotel? ANd other than Grand Lux Cafe?

I think there is a high tea at an old historic mansion-type of place in St. James where you can have high tea. Let me try to remember the name of it and I'll FM you.
