Holiday Tips

If you live in a doorman buidling how much do you tip the doormen, etc?

Re: Holiday Tips

I think it depends on how long they've been there and how often you see them. I don't like in doorman bldg but DH is one on the UES and he gets tips ranging from $50 - $500. He's been there about 11 years so he gets tipped on the higher side.

Re: Holiday Tips

thank you .. whats the average tip he gets .. Im thinking $ 100 for the ones I see all the time and $50 for those who I hardly ever see.

Re: Holiday Tips

Yeah it's usually between $100 - $150. The $400 - $500 ones are very rare lol
