Holy craaaaaaap!

So today at work....i lost a diamond in my wedding band
I seriously need to stop being so hard on my hands, I know I lost it at work b/c I cleaned it this morning it F*#%^$ suuuuuuucks! I so dont have the time to go all the way to Bellmore to get it fixed....can someone shoot me?
