Hope this recipe works out!!!

I'm making Baby Back Ribs for dinner tonight!
The recipe couldn't be any simpler - just hope it turns out yummy!!!

Baby Back Ribs
Original recipe yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds pork baby back ribs
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

DIRECTIONS
Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough to enclose each portion of ribs.
Spray each piece of foil with vegetable cooking spray. Brush the ribs liberally with barbeque sauce and place each portion in its own piece of foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from foil and add more sauce, if desired.

I used Jack Daniel's Spicy Original but you can use whatever you like. DH doesnt really like BBQ sause so I used some really spicy sauce on his portion of the ribs.

Here is a hint: I baked them at 325 for 2.5hrs and then I opened up the foil, put on some more sauce and put them in the broiler for about 5 min. They get a little more crispy on the top and incredibly tender on the inside. I kid you not - the meat fell off the bone. Sooooo tender!

Enjoy!!!

You should totally do this tonight. I got the ribs yesterday and marinated them overnight.
