House Hunting in LI

Can anyone recommend good areas??? Nassau preferable??

my sister lives in wantagh and all of her inlaws live there. its a really nice neighborhood.

Massapequa, Seaford, Wantagh - all pretty nice neighborhoods

i think it really depends on your budget. there is a wide range and some places I would recommend if you have a higher budget and there are nice areas for the lower budget.

Massapequa is nice but was out of our budget. I am in Farmingdale on the Suffolk side and LOVE IT!

We also looked in Baldwin (Harbor though), Seaford area, and then out into Suffolk.

In Nassau, I've only lived in Farmingdale and I LOVED the area... Any place you had to go was in reach... DH lived in Franklin Sq while we were dating... very nice as well... Now, we're in Suffolk in Holbrook... right in the middle of LIE and Sunrise Hwy... good location just further out east
