Houses- Farmingdale

This house is 249,500!!!!!! It's a good part of Farmingdale. Walnut St isn't bad...why so low?? I mean it's not that pretty from the outside, and not a fan of carpet, but that price!!!!!!

you think there is something wrong with it? Kitchen is small, but updated

look

Re: Houses- Farmingdale

It seems a little small from the pics. Its also an older house so you dont know if there is anything wrong. No pics of bathrooms so they may need to be re-done. Kitchen looks redone but not that great of quality.....formica counter, white appliances that look on the low end.

Im not saying any of this is bad cause if you saw what my house looked like when we bought it you'd think I was crazy to even buy it.

I'd def. go see it.....and I live in Farmingdale and love living here.

Re: Houses- Farmingdale

that house is actually a couple blocks away from my parents house. it's really not the prettiest house on the block and it kinda sticks out compared to the rest of the houses around it cause it's shaped like a square from the front. and it's also close to hempstead tpke.

it can't hurt to go see it though!

Yess omg. We just drove by. ***. That is the weirdest house I've ever seen! Cute houses on the block but that does stick out. It looks like two houses put on top of each other. It sticks out soooo much. No front yard. The door is on the curb basically!! Never saw anythign like that! Still wanna check it out inside but whyy would anyone make that extension? Looks bizarre. I like the block and area though. I grew up not too far
