do I become less of an emotional eater????!!!!!I had one of the worst days yesterday in a long time and all I want to do is eat penne ala vodka to make me feel better about life!!!!
How do I make myself less of an emotional eater?? Is it possible????

Find a distraction. Find something else to do that will keep your mind and hands occupied. Talk to someone on the phone, go for a walk, go exercise, take a nap, take a bath.Get to the root of the problem. My fav WW motto:
If hunger is not the problem, food is not the answer.
