How did you organize and inform guests about travel details??
So, we are having our big wedding after all! Now I need to hurry up and finish planning. How did you inform people about hotel info, flights and travel details? Did you just buy pretty paper? Use a template? Please help. Please post your pics if you have any. Thanks, xoxo, kk

I bought stock paper from AC Moore and ran it through the printer using nice font. Sent it out with the invites.

I did both. I had a wedding website & I also included the information in the invite for my guest who are not computer savvy.

We put the hotel info in our invites and on a website. We didnt do travel as far as flights, etc. we let them figure that out for themselves since they came from all different places. Usually the hotel that you book with will give you little cards to put in your invites, we used this b/c I was too lazy to make them up

I wouldn't worry about flight type info.. the people who need them are big girls and boys and can do it themselves.. dont stress yourself out more.. you can always write a quick note on the bottom saying if you have a question about a flight email you... thats what we did
the hotel you block should come with little cards to include in with the invite..so just stuff those buggers in and ur good to go
its nice to type something up and put it in the invite but its really extra stress and money...

I sent out an email to those who would be needing to travel in and weren't familiar with the area (they were mostly my friends from college - everyone else who had to travel had lived in the NY area at one point in time).
For the hotel information, we sent that out with a save the date mailing - we wanted to give people extra time to book their rooms - especially since our reception was at a hotel.

your hotel should provide little info cards for you to put in with your invites. Just ask them for them.

Our hotel provided cards for us. We also posted other information on our BB&B wedding web site.
