DH's snoring that is..... OMG I want to kill myself. I've woken up so many times to kick him, hoping that will make it stop.. Nope...
He blames it on his nose being stuffy , but it happens all the time.

does he sleep on his back? If mine is on his back i roll him over onto his side and he stops. If he doesn't stop, i shove a pillow in his face.
mostly we reverse spoon so I don't hear him snoring in my ear, then it doesn't bother me.

This is a very big problem in my home!!! we found out that DH has severe sleep apneia! and he's being fitted for a mask

The strips dont work
He sleeps on his back or side. I think he needs to have a dr. check out his nose. He is always stuffed (sick or not).
I'll just keep elbowing him till we find something

that's me too!! i get kicked all the time to stop. i've been that way since childhood though. when i was in college, the girls soccer team named me champion snorer - the entire house heard me on the couch snoring. yeah.
when i was 25 lbs less, i hardly snored at all. now that i've gained some weight back, i'm snoring again big time.
i bought this Anti-Snore spray (that's what it's called) from duane reade, and it's been helping a lot. it's a minty spray, and DH is very glad i found it. it's a duane reade brand, i don't know what the brand name would be. it's $12 a bottle, but it does help! i forgot to take it last night though, so i was kicked and elbowed all night by DH.

Dh snores some times. I found that if i rub his head he stops snoring long enough for me to go back to sleep. Sounds strange I know but it works for me

Your entire life will change. DH got one and he feel so much better and I can actually sleep now!!!!!

make him go to the dr! I do not recommend the breath right strips. I made DH do them a few years ago, and they cut his skin around his nose and he had a scar for awhile....

DH has sleep apnea. If he sleeps without his mask the bed actually shakes when he snores.
If he uses his mask. The room is silent alllllll night.

They make capsules he can take too - snorestop I think they are called?
DH snores but it's SOOO BAD when he has a cold! I elbow him and like someone else said, it usually lasts for a few hours. And we reverse spoon too a lot - when he is on his side it's a breeze to sleep.
Now, if I could get the dog to stop snoring ... and to sleep on her own bed instead of at my feet ... ah, I can dream right???

YES snorestop!! they have a lot of products!!
DH snores once in a while.. it was REALLLLYYYYY bad when we lived in the basement apt before we were married... once we moved into the house, he stopped... now he only snores here and there when he has a stuffy nose.
but OMGGG i would sleep on the couch a lot b/c it was just THAT bad!!! the snore stop products worked the best for DH
