How do I make it stop?!??!

Original post by SB7308

DH's snoring that is..... OMG I want to kill myself.
I've woken up so many times to kick him, hoping that will make it stop.. Nope...

He blames it on his nose being stuffy , but it happens all the time.

AH welcome to my world. DH refuses to do anything about his allergies , so

1. I sleep with earplugs
2. breathe right strips
3. I make him sleep on his side facing away from me
4. If he is super loud, his aZZ is on the couch

I have to say that I'm the culprit when it comes to snoring. I have allergies most of the year and I found that when my dr. put me on Singulair it helped. It's a medicine for asthma but it helped me breathe a little better- especially at night.

mine too. he went to a sleeping clinic in the hospital a few yrs ago, and was hooked up to all these electrodes, and they monitored and video taped him sleeping all nite. he has severe sleep apnea, and has a mask to wear, but rarely wears it. its cumbersome, and uncomfortable, but lemme tell ya.. its a quiet house when he wears it....
