how do you decide on your vacations?

We are trying to decide now..........we both have such different ideas for our one year ann. I don't know if we will ever be able to decide on one

Lately when DH and I are on vaca together we'll go to NY -- being in Boston and away from friends and family is rough -- so we try to get back when we can.

We're doing a tourist trip in 2 weeks -- all the NYC sites - can't wiat. I haven't been to any of hte places since our 2nd grade field trip

um Sometimes I go through the travel and leisure magazine.

Or My Amex card will send me emails. We typically know where we want to travel to than I just to tons of research prior.

As long as its hot, the place has a beach and ppol, and a swim up bar....... its for us

i love that!!! we're so damn picky about WHICH beach and WHICH resort and WHICH island....i think that's why we have such a hard time deciding!

i check trip advisor and see what are popular locations.


also---believe it or not--i find just emailing our TA and saying 'i have xxx amount of money to spent---give me some ideas' and a lot of times they can help you with destinations.

also i check TA websites like liberty travel and see what kind of specials they are running for locales
