Are you scared, concerned. Is the question how old are you, a no, no??? If you are scared to say your age why is that??? Are you doing everything to keep yourself looking your best. How does the women in your family age???
I guess the reason I asked this question is b/c of how many people I see make the comment about turning 30 or 31 and how they feel or how they dread it...etc.

I look back at some of the situations I got myself into and think 'how stupid I was'...even though I thought I knew everything!!

Wow, this is such a deep question. About getting older I don't feel the age in terms of appearance. I guess for me it applies more for me in terms of my youth and life experience. When I hear 80's music I get nostalgic or when I visit an old place I miss my youth. I recently found 2 very noticeable gray hairs...and I have to admit I was like 'where did these come from'? That was a really difficult moment for me lol!
For me, age it is all about where the time has gone. My age is a reflection of my life. I'm almost 29 years old and I think what have I done with my life. What difference have I made? Especially after 9/11 I feel that life is so short and if I were to go tomorrow would God say well done. Would I say well done? Anyway sorry to be so deep but this is a great question.

Im 29, and dont think it is a big priority now. I take care of myself, eat healthy, and exercise regularly, and try to stay active as much as possible. I am NOt a sun worshiper. Yes, I look back at my likf, and have made mistakes, and Im sure we all have, but I can only learn from them, and NOT dwell on them, and wish I did things differently. But I chose them for whatever reason, and wouldnt change anything. Maybe anout 10-15 years I may think differently, or after I pop out a few kids
